Basically, what happened was that he changed the lease and had forgotten he'd changed the date on it, so we don't have to move in till the 1st of October. Though, he wants the cheques on that date, so you all have to send them to me or something so I can give them to him, and the other part of the deposit. I'll be the one with the only key, so you'll have to make sure that I'm in the house when you plan on moving in so I can let you in! <3
