I already got that installed, and it only removes the buttons, not the actual repost stuff. And I'm not worried about me crossposting, but other people can cross post comments from your journals--even if they are locked--to Facebook or twitter, and some comments can give away what the journal was about? It's a huge breach of everyone's security since it's not just your choice if you want to post stuff, anyone can.
