SO I WAS BAKING AGAIN...


This time it was for AMERICA. Well, not really, but I'm going to be spending the 4th of July with hammster and squeakyorm and we are having a FREEDOM PARTY, so I'm bringing the freedom cupcakes.

They are a new recipe I'm trying - the buttercream too - and though they were kind of a pain in the ass to make since I didn't have buttermilk or pastry flour and had to make them from scratch they are the most amazing cupcakes I've had in forever. a little sickly because its proper buttercream that I had to make using sugar syrup, but oh my god. They aren't as pretty as the ones in my icons though BUT HEY I AM STILL IN TRAINING.

I think I'm going to try making different flavoured cupcakes next time. Or Lemon Bars. I've been dying to make those.
