Jolteon is still my favourite by far.

SO I went to hikaridonya's house today to hang out and take a break from stuff. We were both super exhausted, so we didn't do much but mooch, but she has bought an xbox 360 so I got to play Final Fantasy XIII on it. I told myself I'd only play the first 10 minutes or so.


...Three hours later I was still running through it, complaining that I had a splitting headache and I should stop but can't because it is too fucking pretty. I had to find a save point (which I wasn't originally going to do either) and make Donya take the controller away from me because I could've easily have played for HOURS.

My thoughts so far:
( Spoilers about how annoying the characters are. Mostly capslocked. )

So in summary, I was shouting at the characters and complaining about the battle system, but about 2 hours in I got accustomed to it and was really enjoying it. I'm undoubtedly going back for more 8|b

Whenever someone texts me on my phone, it now does the pokemon center 'healing your pokemon' noise. You know the DO DO DODO DOOO.



I think I'm officially a little bit too into this again... Not that I was ever out of it, but omg it's the cutest text tone EVER. ;A;



EDIT: I've also just downloaded 2.B.A. Master. Which is the Pokemon Album with the pokerap on it. /ROCKS OUT

/goes back to animating an extra scene that my director lumped on my this morning sob I THOUGHT I WOULD BE DONE BY 12PM 8'(

Okay so I've just spent the last like, ten minutes looking at Battle Frontier application forms on deviant art. You know, it's one of those meme things you fill in with a pokemon team and a an OC and enter a comic contest where the battles are drawn out. This doesn't sound particularly bad until you find out that in those ten minutes, I went through several forms and shouted at the computer because:

a) their movesets are completely and utterly not thought out and they have like three water type moves on one water pokemon and it makes no sense and taught Thunder and Shock Wave to a Raichu and omfg what why would you do that
b) looked at someone with an Ampharos on their team with Zap Cannon listed as a move and was like what ampharos can't learn zap cannon and had to double check to make sure I was right, which I was
c) got into a major RAEG discussion about this with hikaridonya, whilst the other people in the room look at us like we had something wrong with our brains.
d) RAEG


Again, why can't I study pokemon for my degree?

What happens when you leave Pura and her sisters boyfriend alone with a helium filled purple balloon, a sharpie, scissors, cellotape, cotton wool, post-it notes and some bits of string you ask?
