the life and times of hop-along mcgee
Jul. 5th, 2009 11:20 amI had fuuun yesterday, and the FREEDOM cupcakes seemed to go down a treat! :D It sucked that I had to leave before the pizza and the terrifyingly bad movie, but whatevvvs! It was fun spending time with the dudes, that was for sure.
One thing that I could've done without was the huge ass blister I got from walking around in bad shoes. Seriously this thing is like the size of a 2p coin (a dollar coin i guess) and it's on the SOLE OF MY FOOT. THE. SOLE. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GET BLISTERS THERE?? And since I didn't get back till late, I had to walk up a huge hill with it to get home, and since I didn't want to put pressure on it I was basically walking on my tippy toes for about 20 minutes. And when I got home I was so exhausted I just fell into bed and passed out.
I can't actually walk now. YAY!! Like seriously I'm not even kidding. Who knows what I'm going to be doing for work tomorrow since it's sort of a STANDING JOB 8|a
Those shoes are so in the trash now. And my mom has already started calling me Hop-Along. Joy.
IN OTHER NEWS, I think since I can't walk or do much of anything today, I'm going to attempt to get back to my rp tags. WISH ME LUCK GUYS.
